Paula A. Parziale #girlboss
Paula brings to Direct Flowers of Boston 35 years experience in the floral industry. (I know, she can’t be that old!!)
Paula began her floral career in the mass market industry learning floral design and quickly becoming Director of Floral Merchandising and Operations overseeing multi-millions of dollars of flower shipments to multiple locations each year. During her tenure she had the opportunity to visit farms all over the world as well as in the US which enabled her to understand farm operations.
She later decided to learn the wholesale side of the business and joined a Boston wholesale company as General Manager continuing to work with farms and customers developing great relationships she deeply values with both.
Fast forward to 2020... On to NEW ENDEAVORS!
Opening Direct Flowers of Boston, Inc. during a global pandemic as well as one of the only woman owned flower wholesale houses were challenges she decided would be worth the effort. Believing in the need for an outstanding customer service company offering variety and quality coupled with the ability to mentor young professional creatives just beginning on their floral journey was her motivation and drive.
